Circulation of Regulated Information
For the transmission of Regulated Information, Banco Popolare has chosen to avail itself of the SDIR-NIS circuit, managed by BIt Market Services, a company belonging to the London Stock Exchange Group, with head offices in Milan, in Piazza degli Affari 6.
Storage of regulated information
For the storage of Regulated Information, Banco Popolare chose to appoint the central storage mechanism called “1Info” – managed by Computershare S.p.A., based in Via Lorenzo Mascheroni no. 19, Milan – website www.1info.it.
In the above authorized central storage mechanism Banco Popolare is storing also the residual regulated information of the subsidiary Credito Bergamasco S.p.A. in the time period between 19 May 2014 and the date of legal effectiveness (probably 1 June 2014) of the merger of the subsidiary into Banco Popolare.
